Second thing you have to sign your signature on a white sheet paper. After that capture your signature image. Once done, Now you have to crop the signature only.
Third thing open the software called Foxit PDF Reader. This is a PDF reader where you can open pdf files to read and print and also can edit by using computer, mobile, or by web app. This software is absolutely free.
Once opened your pdf document,
- Navigate to Fill & sign
- select and click Fill & sign
- New pop up window will open namely Create signature, now click on Import File
- Here you can upload the signature image from you computer
Now you can place your signature image on your pdf document. also you can resize the signature size. this signature you can save in Foxit for the the future use. You can use this as an digital signature forever.
How to Add Digital Signature to pdf on Adobe Acrobat Reader
Open PDF file on Adobe Acrobat Reader
Now, select and click on Fill & sign in the tool menu on the right side of the screen
New pop up window will open, here you can select Type/ Draw and Image
Here you have to select Image and upload your signature from you computer. Once you have selected, Click apply.
Now you can place your signature image where you want in the pdf file.
Once you have placed the sign, Now you can take printout of your document.
